Booking Conditions
The images, logos and names on this Web Site identify us and
our carefully selected partners. Nothing contained in this Web
Site shall be deemed to confer on any person any license or
right on the part of the companies mentioned above or any
third party with respect to any such image logo or name.
Notes on prices
Price and availability information was correct at the date and
time that they were received from the tour operator's computer
system. This is shown as the 'prices correct as of'. Prices are
basic prices. Certain tour operators could charge additionally
for accommodation under occupancy / ticket on departure
charge / resort transfers / in-flight meals / pre-bookable seats.
Full costing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Accommodation Type codes means: SC - self catering. For
technical reasons not in our control, some holidays marked as
self catering may have accommodation for only part of your
stay, the remainder may be fly drive with hire car. When
booking by phone, our call centre will make these
accommodation details clear at time of your call; RO - Room
Only; 1-2* - one or two star accommodation; 2-3* - two or
three star accommodation; 3-4* - three or four star
accommodation; FD - fly/drive package; FO - flight only
package.
Prices are for return trips, per person. Most are based on two
people sharing. Some self-catering prices are based on four or
more people sharing. Supplements for fewer adults sharing
may apply, and may vary depending on the time of year. Any
such supplements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
For package holiday bookings outside 13 weeks of departure,
certain tour operators (including Airtours, First Choice and
Thomson) add a charge for transfers between destination
airport and accommodation. Any such charges will be confirmed
at the time of booking.
Certain tour operators add a charge to a late booking or 'ticket
on departure' fee for departure dates close to the time of
booking. Any such charges will be confirmed at the time of
booking.
Most prices do include the UK Government Air Passenger Duty
tax. If not, we will tell you before you confirm your booking.
Most prices do not include local entry and departure taxes
levied by non-EU countries such as Kenya, Sri Lanka and New
Zealand.
Please note that for technical reasons connected with us
providing you with the widest possible range of options, we are
not able to display the names of specific hotels associated with
some holiday packages. This information and more is available
by telephone from our call centre. Some holidays also operate
on an "Allocation upon arrival" basis. This will be
indicated to you at the time of booking.
Star Ratings are not official tourist board ratings. These ratings
are as awarded by the tour operator as indicated in their
brochures. Example: A 1/2 Star could be a Thomson holiday
1/2 T Rating. On a scale of 1-5, 1 is the lowest 5 is the highest.
Please note: The * rating is not an official tourist rating. It is
rated by individual operators as defined in their brochures, e.g.
Thomson indicate them as a 'T' rating on a scale of 1 to 5, with
1'T' as the lowest and a 5'T' as the highest.
Certain holidays advertised as S/C (Self Catering) could be a
flight only. Certain holidays to Jamaica listed as R/O (Room
Only) could include accommodation for 1 night only. Our
Reservation staff can advise you of any changes at the time of
you booking.
Return to alternative airports. Some holidays advertised may
have a return airport different from the airport you departed
from. Example: Outbound: Bristol (BRS) - Tenerife (TFS)
Inbound: Tenerife (TFS) - Cardiff (CWL)

General
Offers, discounts, holidays, flights and other travel services
that may be advertised on this web site are subject to
availability and terms and conditions. Offers and/or discounts
do not apply to existing bookings. You are not able to
combine offers with any other promotional offer unless
otherwise indicated. We our members and partners reserve
the right to withdraw any offer without notice. In general
terms, a summer holiday commences between 1st May and
31st October and a winter holiday commences between 1st
November and 30th April. Unless otherwise stated, you must
pay your balance at least 10 weeks prior to your departure
date. If you do not meet any of the above conditions, you
may lose the right to any advertised offer. Like other retail
travel agents we, our members and partners reserve the right
to charge a credit card processing fee and where relevant
booking and/or administration fee. Once we, our members
and partners have authorisation from your card issuer, your
booking will be processed and details of your travel
arrangements will be dispatched. You are strongly
recommended to read the booking conditions in the relevant
tour brochure. The conditions in a tour operator’s brochure
also apply to late or last-minute bookings. We, our members,
tour operators’ brochure and other service providers maintain
and update the facilities on this site. All parties endeavour to
ensure that all details are correct at time of entry, however,
we, our members and partners cannot be held responsible for
any incorrect information featured.
Please note, the facilities on this web site are not for use by
any re-seller of flights or holidays.
We reserve the right, to suspend or totally withdraw this
service from any user who is suspected of misuse or using it
in Breach of any of these conditions, our site terms and
conditions or our privacy and security policy.
Overseas Terms and Conditions
Where advertised, no or low deposits, half price or free travel
insurance and cash discounts apply to selected tour operators’
overseas holidays and charter flights. Other Conditions may
also apply.
Important Note
These terms and conditions, together with the stated website
terms and conditions, privacy policy and security statement,
constitute your agreement for the sale of any travel services
we may provide.
